?As managing partner in several law firms (over 20 years) and as sole
practitioner handled for all aspects of running a law firm including all
staffing; including recruitment, hiring, training, on going evaluations,
discipline, salaries, advancement, benefits, enforcement of confidentiality
requirements, employment law and regulation implementation and compliance.
Also, assignment of work, bookkeeping, leasing and purchasing.
As trial attorney I had literally thousands of trials, hearings, and
legal arguments over the course of my career. Expert abilities to think

their decision making.
?Legal practice was primarily in the areas of business,
appellate, divorce and estate planning law.
I authored several federal and state appellate briefs, and had
extensive experience as both a trial attorney and negotiator (intra-firm,
intra-personal, clientele, and between adverse litigants).
I have extensive communication skills ( written, verbal,
inter-personal, and the ability to address audiences).
Some of my writing skills include authoring appellate briefs,
trial memoranda, legal pleadings, business and related
documents and letter writing. I authored, interpreted,
revised,and negotiated literally hundreds of contracts and
agreements over the course of my legal career.

EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
?General Partner of Limited Partnership (Natural Gas holdings)
September 1993 - August 2011.
Handled all aspects of overseeing family owned natural gas
well(s) business, including production, drilling new or replacement
wells, repairs, re-caseing, and maintenance, oversight of operator,
maintenance, legal, and payment of expenses and royalties.
. Limited Partnership was voluntarily liquidated in July, 2011
due to 85% loss in asset value, demand for product and in net income
due to effects of recession.
?Practicing attorney, active member of Oregon State Bar 1973-
1997. Presently "inactive" status. When I required to take over
family business (1997) due to father's death in auto accident, I
voluntarily took my law license to "inactive" status. However, save
appearing in court and in filing legal documents under my signature,
I am still able to give business "legal" advice and to write,
interpret, evaluate, revise and negotiate contracts.
