Production Supervisor
o 12 Direct reports and 8 indirect reports on off-shifts.
o Raised customer OTD from 68.5% to 83% with a series of Kaizen events
and BPIs.
o Created a Standard Work Template for the Production Supervisor
position and all 12 Direct reports.
o Utilize Continuous Improvement and Employee Engagement to increase
efficiency and productivity across the organization through standard
work, BPIs, and daily morning meetings to address any concerns real-

o Lead a Shipping Error Reduction Kaizen event that reduced all
shipping related errors to the customer by 100%.
o Created and maintained a baseline calculation of Gross Utilization
(Direct Labor Effiency) for our Machining and Assembly areas which
shows what areas and/or operators need improvement and on what
machines the operators are most efficient.
Master Scheduler
o Scheduled CNC machines to run products for International orders from
multiple locations throughout the business unit to satisfy JIT
delivery.
o Level loaded machine and assembly capacity to better react to demand
swings, and to forecast overtime need.
o Managed high priority orders through Order Management Meetings which
involved orders with very tight delivery windows.
o Forecasting of Sales, Month end Inventory, and Month end Purchases
with an analytic tool that I developed that remains in use today
(Best Practice).
o Monitored Lot Sizes, Re-order Points, and Lead Times for all
manufactured goods.
o Championed the morning production meeting that is responsible for
setting up production priorities, following the master schedule, and
a rapid response team to address Quality issues or fallout.

Inventory Management
o Exemplary track record attained while managing inventory levels
valued to $12.5 million.
o Effectively brought down inventory from $12.5 million to $5.8 million
within a calendar year to hit our DOH goals while not impacting
production or the customer.
o Accountable for the Annual Physical Inventory of all
materials/stocks.
o Verifies, checks variances on stock quantities, packaging, quality
and pricing by researching ERP data along with purchasing and
receiving data.
o Successfully manages inter-departmental assignments/tasks to ensure
seamless stock level maintenance at multiple locations.
o Created and implemented a cycle count program to improve inventory
accuracy and identify potential inaccuracy trends which is still in
use today.
o Created an Excel inventory program that shows inventory burn-off,
excess or obsolete inventory, projected total inventory values, and
Forecasted inventory at months end for up to 8 months in the future.
