generation of the FBCB2 situational awareness and command & control
system known as JBC-P. Guide and mentor the efforts of engineers and
technical personnel, ensuring that project milestones met on time and
at or under budget. Product Lead for the Tactical Ground Reporting
System (TIGR).
0. As a Program Lead Engineer, closely assist in developing solutions and
plans to achieve command & control systems convergence in a complex
and changing environment. Evaluated and performed detailed analysis of
proposed recommendations arising from the Army and Marine Corps
Command & Control Convergence Study, and successfully developed a
migration path for adaptation by the program.

Successfully directed system architecture design and engineering
support in the development of the tactical internet. Gathered project
requirements, defined program Statements of Work (SOW), managed
information systems engineering and testing, and developed solutions
to achieve integrated operations between the US Army and Marine Corps.
o Deployed to Kuwait and Iraq to provide technical and leadership
support for Operations Enduring Freedom / Iraqi Freedom, and
Operation Telic. During a period of heightened operational tempo
led multiple teams to rapidly integrate and field vehicle-
mounted digital command and control and situational awareness
systems to the US and British Forces, subsequently resulting in
the public award of the MBE by the British government.
o Worked with PA Consulting on the case study "Application of the
Network Centric Operations Conceptual Framework to US/UK
Coalition Combat Operations During Operation Iraqi Freedom".
0. From 1998 to 2000, served as Second-in-Command/Chief of Staff.
Provided leadership and guided efforts in training approximately 3,600
personnel. Analyzed operation and realigned staff and business
processes to improve training methods aligned to financial, cost, risk
and schedule expectations, and spearheaded training methodology
improvements to lower attrition rate and improve ability to retain
formally failed students. Managed an equivalent $15 Million annual
budget, directly and indirectly oversaw a staff of 200 (civilians and
military), and held full authority over training course material
selection and modification, training standard development, and
operational policies and procedures development and implementation.
0. Between 1994 and 1998, held key command and staff planning roles. Lead
officer for planning and executing large-scale, multinational training
exercises in Germany, and between 1994 and 1995, led a 100-man
infantry company that included peacekeeping duties in Northern
Ireland.

development, testing, and delivery of innovative technical products to
the British armed forces. Served as the Program Lead within the
Program Office implementing a new program information management
