interior fit out of Massachusetts electronics store one week ahead of schedule and under budget; accomplished refit of Philadelphia

University Cancer Center into Language Center meeting deadline after a two week shutdown for asbestos removal; completed ground up

construction of a major shoe retailer on time and within budget which included an environment clean up. Managed all phases of

environmental remediation and asbestos abatement projects. Consistently exceeded margin goals and client expectations throughout seven-

year tenure.

sTAHL & DAVIS INC. (Southampton, PA) Construction Superintendent, 1984 to 1992

Performed residential and commercial site supervision. Completed an office condominium with atrium in Pennsylvania on time after major

removal of soil unsuitable for foundation; constructed a custom residence for the vice-president of a major utility company, achieving

completion with no punch list.

interpreting construction plans and specifications, for verifying compliance of finished work, work in progress, and rejecting non-

Served with the 111th Civil Engineers and 201st Det.1 RED HORSE. Performed carpentry, masonry and sheet metal supervision, work

delegation and maintenance of personnel records. Completed the NCO and Senior NCO academies through the Community College of the

Air Force. Obtained the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. Returned on 4/13/2010 from eight month activation in Afghanistan in support of

Operation Enduring Freedom.
