management. Monthly shipments of product to England via containers, to

Hygena Cabinetry.

Accomplishments: Improving quality of product by means of training,

tooling, and better maintenance of

equipment. Increased production and yield, through preselecting and sorting

of lumber for widths more suitable for preset arbors, and tighter

specifications on purchase of lumber. Reducing number of Workman's Comp.

Duties: Managing sales, production, lumber purchases, P&Ls, maintenance,

personnel, lumber yard, stacker, pre dryer, and kilns.

Accomplishments: Reduction of labor, inventory, and process change, stopped

the financial bleeding from -100K per month to +35K in 3 months. Streamline

production from small runs to batch runs to minimize set up time and

increase efficiencies. Coordination of blanket purchase orders from vendors

to allow more effective scheduling for production. Reduced costs by

shopping new vendors and making better choices, to reduce general expenses

by 60%.
