sales team. Estimates included asphalt, concrete, and drainage.

. Job sites - Went on job sites to field measure new and existing

projects.

. Permits - Filed permits for Long Island and NYC jobs

. Markouts - Called/filed markouts for existing jobs for New York

and New Jersey.

. Material Pricing - Contacted a number of companies to get

pricing for various jobs.

. Drawings - Printed/organized drawings for upcoming bids and

current jobs.

. AutoCAD/Design work - Did some AutoCAD/design work for various

projects.

. Estimated residential and commercial buildings. Took off new

commercial and residential projects using a program called

Estimat-All to bid on projects. Calculated costs for materials,

labor, setting, and shipping. Using an excel program to

calculate final costs to bid. Examples of materials estimated

are ceramic tile, wood, carpet etc.

. Contact/Work with Contractors and Manufactures. Work with

contractors on projects to modify existing plans. Contact

manufactures to get samples and pricing for projects.

. Project Management. Made purchase orders using a program called

NetTerm (CDMS).

Aug. 2010- January 2012 Electronic Alarm Systems

. Drafted floor plans, sections, elevations, etc. for new

buildings using AutoCAD. Projects would include commercial jobs

in Nassau and Suffolk County.

. Drafted and modified new and existing buildings. (Floor plans,

sections elevations etc.). Additions and renovations to new and

existing projects. Adding and removing devices from the building

to meet the fire code as required by New York State.

. Drafted the wiring diagrams for the as-built drawings for each

specific job. The wiring that goes through each smoke detector

and other devices. Location of where the wires are and how they

go through the building(s).

. Field measurements. Went to specific jobs to take exterior and

interior measurements of building/site.
