Managed the company over 5 years and enabled it grow multifold where by shares grew on the

average over 25% each year. Prepared project proposal and worked out Final pricing for electro-

mechanical works of brewery plant installation, Malt plant, Ethanol processing plant, two ware

houses steel building fabrication and installation, pedestrian over pass design over view and

construction.

Provided construction supports by preparing and coordinating the Construction Work Packages

among the disciplines, client and contractor prior to issuing for construction. Ensured the project

documents, specifications, codes and standards required for the construction and made sure that

it is in compliance with the legislation and client’s requirement; make sure administrative and

financial matters are handled appropriately on site.

2007 – 2008 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROJECT MANAGER

Worked for facilities at Georgia Tech (GT) as Preventive Maintenance Project Manger taken care

of preventive maintenance contracts, renewed the contracts for each year till expiry, and prepared

contract documents, prepared request for quotation and purchase. Participated on technical bid

evaluation for selection of vendor and evaluated vendors, ordered required materials and

approved contractors supplied parts, made payments and approved payments to be effected

1992 – 2005 MANAGER MANUFACTURING, PROJECT ENGINEER,

• Installation and Maintenance of edible oil mill

• Installed and commissioned Mechanical and electrical workshop.
