Primary Research Analyst

* Responsible for coordination and execution of primary research

promote Telemundo properties via radio, print, mobile and on-line.

project updates to departments with creative needs, tracking flow of

creative projects and making sure deadlines are met.

Prepare/maintain monthly promotions production order and communicate via e-

mail to producers and other constituents.

Generate rack numbers, process tapes and deliver to Master Control, and

maintain promo vault by storing ingested tapes for easy access and

retrieval.

Create daily reports such as feed and exceptions list by cross-referencing

OSI-generated report with transfer sheets and obtaining replacement spots

from Sr. Planner. Communicate all reports via e-mail to appropriate people

and place hard-copy in daily log binders in Master Control.
