PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
From 3/26/2013 to 6/28/2013 I was employed as a Full Time Staff Nurse at
Haven Senior Horizons.
I was a Staff Nurse and a Charge Nurse. The patient population was Gero-
Psyciatric and the Unit was generally full to capacity.
1/1/2011 to 1/1/2013 I have 2 years recent experience as a Hospice Nurse
at Hospice Family and Senior Care Peoria and Casa Grande IPU through a
Registry and Hospice of Arizona IPU. I have worked in the Hospice setting
as a Staff Nurse for the last 2 years carrying one half of the patients on
the floor and also being in charge of the LPN or CNA.
I have had Excellent recommendations from Hospice. I could provide those
recommendations.

I was a Telemetry Nurse with the usual care of 18 telemetry patients
including all medications and procedures. I had extensive experience with
electrocardiograms, Lidocaine drips and many other cardiac medications
given in an intravenous drip fashion. I also performed complete physical
assessments on the patients and prepared nursing diagnoses and nursing care
plans.
I usually also functioned as Charge Nurse for the entire floor of 32
patients of telemetry patients. I
supervised other Registered Nurses, License Practical Nurses and Nursing
Assistants. I was responsible for creating a delegation program for what
each Registered Nurse and Nursing Assistant would be responsible for in a
particular shift. I reported to the House Supervisor during Rounds the
status of each patient on the 32 bed floor. I admitted new patients and
initiated emergency care for patients when needed.

Professional registry nurse traveling to many different hospitals and
rotating into all of the different critical care areas including CCU, ICU,
NICU and SICU. In that position I cared for new post-operative patients
including new open heart patients, new general surgery patients and other
surgery patients. I worked in Neurosurgical Intensive Care with patients.

Scheier Intensive Care Unit
