Responsibilities during Detail Engineering:

. Preparation of BFD's & PFD's.

. Preparation of P&ID's

. Preparation of Cause & Effect Diagram.

. Performing hydraulic calculations for Pumps and control valves.

. Performed PCV, PSV, PVRV relief calculations.

. Preparation of Process data sheet for Pumps, Instruments (Temperature,

Pressure, Flow, Level & Control Valves).

. Preparation of design change notice (DCN).

. Review and updation of P&Ids.

. Preparation of Line lists.

. Updations of Battery limit summary, Line lists, Tie In List & cause

and effect summary.

. Attended P&ID Hazop.

. 3-D model review of plant: In model review, routing of all process and

utility lines are checked. In addition to this, consistency of model

was checked with respect to P&Ids which includes checking of valves,

instruments, etc in accordance with P&Ids. Accessibility all

instruments is one of the major parameter which is to be checked as

per process requirement.

. Review of Vendor documents: Checking of vendor documents as per

Process Data Sheet and incorporating comments if any.

. Technical discussions with other disciplines.

Previous Experience (2005-2006):

One year of work experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics as a CFD

Engineer for M/S CAAM Technologies, Visakhapatnam, We used to made the 3D

modeling and then carried out CFD analysis using FLUENT .
