* Detailed study of MEP, Construction & Architectural drawings.

* Prepare material take offs and forward to project engineer for

verification & procurement.

* Complete site execution & management (HVAC Services).

* Overseeing a workforce comprising of Foremen, Charge hands, Lead hands,

Technicians & Workers.

* Oversee that all work force adhere to health & safety regulations laid

out by client & regulatory authorities.

* Installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC equipments & services.

* Site Co-ordination.

* Manpower allocation & management.

* Sub contract labor negotiation.

* Weekly & Monthly progress monitoring & reporting.

* Material & tools requisition, allocation & estimation.

* Short term & long-term manpower requirement estimation.

* Liaise with consultant's site inspector for various site inspections.

* Assist Specialist Subcontractor Installations (Commissioning agents, BMS

)

* Assist the engineering department in making of "AS BUILT" drawings.
