Objective:
To work full-time in the field of Electrical Engineering as an Electrical Engineer.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology
Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN May 2010
Technical Experience:
Wireless Systems: Design and Measurement
* Performed design, layout, test & measurement of RF circuits using microstrip technology
* Worked as part of a team to design, fabricate and test a RF project
RF Equipment:
* RF generator, frequency counter, spectrum analyzer (to 1 GHz) and vector network analyzer (to 3 GHz)
* Designed and measured antennas (2.4 GHz), RF wireless transmitter/receiver system at 915 MHz (LO, Mixer, LNA, Filters)
General Equipment:
* Oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and signal generators, high current power supplies
Software:
* Circuit simulation (PSpice/ Multisim), circuit capture & PCB layout, RF circuit simulator (Ansoft Designer)
* Microcontroller operation in embedded systems
Senior Design Project:
* Designed, fabricated and tested senior design project which was a bicycle powered odometer and light
* Generated power using a stepper motor, set voltage by using buck and boost dc switching power supplies, stored power in NiMH battery, detected speed and distance traveled using a hall effect sensor and a magnet attached to the spokes of the bike, used a microcontroller to calculate speed, detect battery voltage, control status of LED lights, display speed, distance and time to a LCD.
* Prepared a written report, presented a summarized report and demonstrated finished project to a group of professors and engineers
* Scheduled task completion using Gantt charts and gave weekly updates on progress.
Work Experience:
* Wal-Mart, Overnight Frozen and Dairy Stocker June 21, 2011 to Present
