Sorting, and retrieving specimens in the department. Preformed routine instrument maintenance on some

equipment. Performs laboratory tasks of centrifuging specimens printing labels, recording data(temperature

charts), specimen storage and retrieval. Preparing specimens at workstation for testing. Including building

work lists, aliquating specimens into sample cup, checking specimens for clots and fibrin.

Served as group lead in absence if previous group lead. Created weekly schedules, trained new employees and

handled workload demands as they raised. Promoted to official group lead and performs all duties assigned

and directed by supervisor.
