EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

I/T Professional with over 33 years of diverse experience, supporting The

Baan 3, Baan 4, Baan 5 ERP systems, and most recently, the Infor ERP LN

software. This support included data model changes, printer definitions,

user security setup, data manipulation, configuration and maintenance of

business parameters, code installation, handling of user support tickets

via HEAT and JIRA and vendor problem reporting. The JIRA software was

also used for unit integration and acceptance testing.

Experience working on the Baan Customer Support Group (BCSG) for over 5

years. The BCSG was a secondary support help desk that fielded all calls

related to the Baan ERP software, as well as support issues beyond the

expertise of the primary help desk. This support included, but was not

limited to: Printer definition and setup, password changes, Hyperaccess

setup (terminal emulation), record lock troubleshooting and removal, GUI

installations for the Baan IV, V access, Troubleshooting Baan related

issues and creating and assigning the resulting tickets to the appropriate

Business units, and Vendor notification regarding software issues.

Previous experience included extensive programming activity in COBOL, BAL,

FORTRAN & CICS in Planning and Manufacturing Systems. This included sub-

system designs for Purchasing and Invoicing systems. This also included

design of a Cycle Count system to meet business requirements.
