I have more than twenty years engineering experience of E-coating Systems,
Painting Booth & Powder Coating Booth, Pretreatment Systems, Oven Systems,
Conveyor Systems and Auxiliary Equipment in Design, Manufacture,
Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance and Customer Service.
As a Project Manager with Durr Paintshop Systems Engineering (China) Co.,
Ltd. I engaged in managing several bumper lines. As a Project Engineer with
KSL Industrial Supply Inc., I worked at making Proposal, Quotation, Layout,
Basic and Detail design for painting systems. As an Engineer with Hi Tech
Systems (USA) Inc., I designed E-coating and painting line for Hino Motors
Manufacturing (USA) Inc. and Eakas Arkansas (USA) Inc. With Hi Tech Systems
(China) Inc., I engaged in E-coating & painting and powder coating systems
for oversea companies, such as, MSD North Carolina (USA) Inc., Futaba
(Czech) S.r.o. and Technical Painting of Jacksonville (USA) Inc., and I
went to U.S.A.,Poland and Czech republic for installation, commissioning
and startup of the equipment, and to Japan for discussing with customer for
basic design and checking the detail design. As a Project Engineer with
Hightec Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd.. I participated in E-coating &
painting and powder coating systems for several companies, such as,
Shanghai VOLKWAGEN, Dachangjiang Motorcycle, G&P Bicycle (Shanghai) and
Grundfos Pump (China). As a Product Engineer with Hunterdouglas Industries
(China) Co., Ltd., I acquired the practical expertise in management of the
plant of painting and powder coating systems.
Through my studies at George Brown College, I have not only obtained
advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering, but have
acquired also excellent skill in PLC, digital and embedded systems, sensor,
instrumentation, motor and control, fluid and pneumatic power, robotics and
process automation.
My combination of excellent mechanical knowledge and technical skills
combined with an aptitude for learning new technologies easily allows me to
