distribution company, with sales exceeding 3.5 million annually.
Facilitates for process improvement and safety related meetings on all
shifts. Ensures all orders are shipped correctly and on time for the
northwest Georgia region. Current shipment accuracy rate is over 99.3 %.
Emphasis on Safety has resulted in exceeding 210 plus days without an
accident twice during this time period. By installing a new process
improvement procedure raised the average case per hour rate from 164 cases
to over 236 cases per hour. Ensures annual budgets are met and maintains
the warehouse facility within the standards as set forth by Anheuser Busch.
