Manages three shift managers and twenty five employees in a beverage

distribution company, with sales exceeding 3.5 million annually.

Facilitates for process improvement and safety related meetings on all

shifts. Ensures all orders are shipped correctly and on time for the

northwest Georgia region. Current shipment accuracy rate is over 99.3 %.

Emphasis on Safety has resulted in exceeding 210 plus days without an

accident twice during this time period. By installing a new process

improvement procedure raised the average case per hour rate from 164 cases

to over 236 cases per hour. Ensures annual budgets are met and maintains

the warehouse facility within the standards as set forth by Anheuser Busch.

Responsible for the safety and well being for 645 employees within a

continuous manufacturing facility for a major floor covering company.

Facilitates for Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Supervisory Leadership, and "Train The

Trainer" seminars within the carpet manufacturing environment. Encouraged

employee involvement over a 5 year period, therefore, reducing accidents by

62%. From July 2004 to September 2008, held positions of Quality Management

Representative, Safety Coordinator, and MOS / ISO Coordinator.

Shipping Supervisor/Safety Coordinator

Chatsworth/Dalton, GA

Supervised 28 hourly associates in a distribution center for a major floor

covering company. Also served as the Safety Coordinator for this facility.

The Chatsworth facility had zero OSHA recordable accidents in four years.

Worked as a Lift Truck Operator, Freight Checker, Roll Up Operator, Table

Operator, and Plant Trainer while at the Chatsworth Plant. Assisted the

facility in being certified as an ISO 9002 facility.
