General Positions-Work on temporary job assignments given to me by my

employer in order to meet client's needs. Experiences included using hand

and power tools associated with construction work and assembling shelving

units. Maintained good housekeeping.

ONE TOUCH DIRICT-Tampa, Florida 2011-2012

Customer Service Representative-Handled inbound calls to provided services

such as: assisting customers with reward programs, making payments, and

ordering various products on behalf of client companies. Also handled

outbound calls to conduct surveys, and set appointments on behalf of client

companies.

SONY OF DOTHAN-Dothan, Alabama 2002-2010

Slitting Operator-Used overhead cranes to load product into machine. Slit a

jumbo roll of magnetic media tape to channels of pancake like form tape on

a slitting machine while monitoring machine settings and conditions, and

input data into a computer program. Used an automated system to remove

product from machinery. Maintained good housekeeping.
