Career Summary:

Have been part of the Logistics Engineering field at General Dynamics Land

Systems - Canada (GDLS-C) for the last 12 years, most recently as a

Reliability & Maintainability Engineer for the Electrical Systems for GDLS-

C LAVs. I have a thorough understanding of the Electrical side of the

military vehicle, and have worked with integrating tactical equipment (

i.e. Radios, Weapon Systems ) into the military vehicles.

Previous job positions held at GDLS-C include provisioner and maintenance

writer for both electrical and tactical systems for LAV-II and LAV-IIIs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Responsible for assisting in the selection of components to both meet

customer's Availability requirements and company budgets

. Responsible for routing and placement of electrical components to

minimize downtime and improve vehicle availability

. Responsible for drafting reports and presentations

. Responsible for Bid and Proposals (B&Ps), Basis Of Estimates (BOEs), and

Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs)

. Mentored others in performing Reliability, Availability, and

Maintainability calculations, component selections based on failure rates

and/or redundancy requirements, and placement of components for

electrical and tactical systems

. Assist in research and development of new products and electrical systems

. Assist in the development and review of electrical schematics

. Identify if special tools or consumables are required to perform

maintenance actions

technical manuals are inline with the revision of the vehicle
