Worked to develop a new customer base and provide layout and design for new and revised mass
notification systems, fire alarm systems, public address systems, electronic access control systems,
electronic intrusion detection systems, closed circuit television systems, and intra- and inter-building
intercom systems. Developed relationships with construction industry contractors, governmental
authority having jurisdiction offices, and consulting offices within the architectural and engineering
community.
January 2012 – August 2012, Regional Account Representative, United Security Alliance
Developed a new territory by penetrating targeted vertical markets using premium integrated
systems. Prospected, identified and qualified potential leads. Conducted research and discovery
processes to identify client needs. Conducted risk and needs analysis on client facilities. Participated
as a team member in the design and layout of Internet Protocol (IP)-centric integrated solutions,
including fire alarm, closed circuit television, electronic access control, intrusion detection,

Developed and executed a business plan to establish a strong market presence in a geographically
remote territory that was previously unmanaged. Designed and closed several large electronic
systems projects including a complete fire alarm retrofit for a major regional hospital, a public
university campus-wide mass notification system, a combination fire alarm/mass notification system
for the largest wood pellet manufacturing facility in the United States, and a multi-location access

Managed two separate automobile manufacturing facility installation projects involving multiple
electronic platforms. Planned, scheduled and controlled resources, manpower, equipment, budget,
material and time schedules for projects with budgets of $1.3M and $800k. Generated $350k
additional revenue in change orders. Finished both projects ahead of schedule and under budget with
zero major punch list item deficiencies.
