Management Facility - Risk Schedule Analysis. Project Risk Analyst

involved in performing detailed Schedule Risk Analysis with the Client and

participants from WorleyParsons. This analysis was held to identify the

probability of achieving the project completion by the predicted date. I was

the meeting facilitator and used Monte Carlo simulation to run the analysis.

Joint Venture project between Edmonton and Toronto Mine and Minerals

sector. Project Cost Analyst responsible for preparing manhour reports,

Critical Coal Fired Power Plant. Risk Management facilitator and Analysis

for contingency plan of the project. Used Monte Carlo simulation and

2006 – 2008 Researcher / Teaching Assistant / Research Assistant, University of

Responsible for research regarding various construction and project

management phases especially in Risk Management. Developed ROM

(Risk / Opportunity Management Policy) for a General Contractor. The

policy included the client’s different strategies to perform a complete risk

analysis during different phases of project prospect, bidding process and

construction period. Also worked as a Lab Instructor and Research

Assistant at the University of Alberta.

Prepared Construction Risk Management Policy and Guide for Clark

Builders. In order to develop this guidebook I had to create different surveys

and questionnaires for construction and contracting departments to come up

with all critical tasks and major control areas. Most of the work was done

based on my thesis research in risk management for construction.

Avang Sazeh is a leading structural and geotechnical company with

projects mainly in commercial buildings. Civil Engineer Expert responsible

for designing concrete foundations and buildings, based on ACI Concrete

Code and steel structure design. I worked in this company as a summer

student and then junior Engineer and got lots of opportunities to practice my

knowledge gained through school for three years on multiple projects

including modeling and calculations and design for commercial buildings.
