images as well as from validated sources (maps, databases) using ArcMap, ArcPAD (for

huge scheduled updates) or Bison Atlas and Bison Admin Tool (for quick instant updates).

Extracted metadata from ArcSDE.

Collected field data using GPS (laptop, GlobalSat MR-350 receiver, Garmin receiver and

antenna set and others) and video equipment (hi-resolution portable cameras) and special

the database using open source information and data requests including official ones with

data in comparison with projected by Team Leader in designated time scopes. Duties and

responsibilities included:

Determined scope of work. Planned time and expenses. Conducted interview, selected

candidates. Trained temporary workers, created Standard Operation Procedure for

them (what data to collect, how use hardware/software, scope of work, what reports

should be filled out and how). Requested hardware (Trimble Juno SB). Installed

ArcPAD software, prepared area packages (using ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcSDE, MS

Access, Open Office Calc) on the base of indoor main Database (extracted necessary

part from Oracle database using Oracle cloud-based applications). Scheduled and

monitored work. Verified collected data in field, created and run checks on data

consistency, made amendments, processed data packages, joined these packages into

one, prepared resulted database for integration using MS Access. Provided feedback to

contract employees, determined error trends, issued recommendations and new

requirements. Prepared reports for Team Leader and POI Country Responsible on a

weekly basis and on finish of the project.
