SUMMARY OF CANDIDATE

I am i a Licensed Steamfitter/ Heating Engineer experienced in all facets

of the mechanical and havc industry. Have held gas installer license. I

also have a temporary full plumbing license. Jeffrey has experience as a

boiler installer, heating system installer. I have installed high pressure

steam systems for laundry and food industry as well as industrial process.

I have worked in commissioning and starting many heating and cooling

sytems. He has had experience installing wood burning furnaces for Pallet

makers.

Also he has had to do estimates and costing for many years so do have a

quantity surveyor background. In his last 12+ last years of work he was a

foreman/project manager on mechanical works for commercial, institutional

and school buildings. The school work was all retrofit of new energy

improving systems. The balance was all new building construction. This

involved in floor water heating, radiators, heating and cooling coils,

boilers, steam and mixed temperature systems and duct work . I have

installed many heat pump standard systems and Geothermal systems.

SKILLS

I have an excellent understanding of all types of Mechanical and Control

systems. I have lots of experience in modern Geothermal heat pump systems

and other types of renewable and energy saving equipment. I AM one the best

at hydronic system layout, installation and service. Installed many

heating systems. residential and commercial and industrial.

I have a very advanced knowledge of air systems including air handlers,

fans, coils, VAV duct sizing and installation. I have worked on several

projects where we did our own control work and also with Honeywell and

Toure Anderson Canada.

Worked in industrial steam process for food, chemical and rubber

industries.

I have had lots of experience in the contract, legal and business side of

the industry. During my time at Ontario Environmental I got involved with

water treatment combined with an Electrostatic water treatment, known as

Ion Stick. This involved flushing and testing system fluids and installed

equipment related to treatment. Acquired a good understanding of the water

treatment industry.

I was Project Manager for all trades on a Gold Standard L.E.E.D.S project

for the city of Ajax and their new Maintenance Facility (Silver Standard) .

This has given me great insight into energy saving applications as well as

higher construction management standards.

I have 4 years experience on Southgate Economic Development Committee where

I was the Secretary.
