Eliminated cut marks in white body from jazz, civic and city.

Studied welding processes in HSCI.

Designed trolley to carry the parts for reducing cut marks.

1. FIND THE TEMPRATURE AND AIRFLOW DISTRIBUTION USING ANSYS

Examined the flow and temperature distribution of the room with or without baffles.

Change the flow speed and room size to determine its effect on vertex.

Found the heating efficiency of the room with or without baffles.

2. INTERNAL COMBUTION ENGINE ASSEMBLY USING CATIA

Designed a four stroke engine.

Assemble and simulate the four stroke engine.

FEA on the piston of the engine.

3. ENHANCEMENT OF POOL BOILING TEMPRATURE AND EFFICIENCY OF HEAT

EXCHANGER

Studied nanostructure to improve the efficiency of heat exchanger.

Use MAND technique.

Increased heat transfer coefficient ten times and heat flux by four times.

4. PRESSURE DROP OF TWO PHASE FLOW

Studied about apparatus to measure pressure drop for ozone safe refrigerants.

Annular flow observed for high mass fluxes.

Pressure drop occurs due to frictional, acceleration and gravitational component.
