will show, I have a vast amount of experience for all aspects of human

resources. I have run my own business, stream lined offices, and

interviewed masses for growing manufacturing company. I have been in

negotiations with benefits for the company. I have several years'

experience with payroll (ADP, Kronos).

My knowledge of advertising and thinking outside of the box to

recruit has been tested here in Indiana and Georgia. I have organized

several job fairs and supervisor job fairs. I have organized in my own

excel spreadsheets a tracking system from I-9's to training requirements.

Duties have included reporting to all federal and state entities such as,

move onto Purdue to receive my Bachelors in OLS.
