Honda Account Manager ~AUTOLIV- Ogden, Utah
July 2011 - Present
Responsible for increasing market share for Autoliv within the Honda
account while reaching internal contribution margin and profit targets.
This was achieved through building strong customer relations, and winning
new projects through technical negotiations and successful quoting
activities. Responsible for the group meeting it's annual Value Engineering
Value Added (VEVA) goals. Win and manage advanced co-development projects
with Honda.
Supplier Development Manager ~AUTOLIV - Shanghai, China
March 2009 - June 2011
Manage Chinese supplier development team to guarantee suppliers can
meet Autoliv's requirements for global suppliers. Utilize Mandarin language
and engineering skills to audit and train suppliers as well as Chinese
Quality Engineers ensuring they meet quality and manufacturing performance
expectations of U.S. and European customers.
Curtain Airbag Design Engineer ~AUTOLIV - Ogden, UT
March 2006 - 2009
Designed the 2009 Acura TL and 2011 Honda Odyssey curtain airbags by
developing components and assemblies that meet Autoliv's and Honda's
stringent performance requirements. Managed the development and
qualification of new curtain airbag concepts in order to meet
manufacturability, and profitability targets. Quickly instilled confidence
with the customer through confident, direct and tactful communication.
Production / Launch Quality Engineer (CQE) ~AUTOLIV - Ogden, UT
June 2004 -2006
Provided Quality engineering through managing containment and problem
solving actions for non-conforming material issues, making shipping
decisions, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring compliance to
Automotive Quality standards. Employed critical thinking, engineering

Applied product development techniques, within the research and development

Airbag industry. Designed and conducted tests that determined viability of
a linear impact test fixture, which would be used to test the effectiveness
of simultaneous passenger and knee airbag deployment. Professionally
