. Monitor, maintain all aspects of customer's network, both in-house and

remote, servers, PCs, peripherals, SANS, firewall, DSL and T-1, Webpage,

hardware and software.

. Field calls, support, resolve or escalate VMware, Citrix, Exchange 2003,

. Standardized and re-wrote the 'Security Policies and Procedures' document

Recovery/Business Continuity Plan' by creating a test environment with
