Was selected to work on-site during trial in San Francisco, CA. Prepared

witness and hearing binders. Maintained admitted exhibit list including

reading daily transcripts to track both parties' objections to trial exhibits;

Retained and organized trial transcripts. Filed the majority of all court filings

during trial. Worked directly with the client to schedule transportation to and

from meetings and court, as well as other assistant tasks. Supported entire

Mattel, Inc. v. Carter Bryant Case No. 04-9049 (Federal Court)
