innovation, focused improvement, loss analysis, Health Safety and Environment
and Emergency Response support.
• Lead associate development team in which plans and solutions were developed
to improve associate skill capabilities of 200+ personnel.
• Analyzed site requirements and developed processes agreeable with corporate
requirements to establish and maintain sustainable business metrics.
