. Performing research for new custom and bespoke indices as ETF benchmarks,

most recent Global HY index for Blackrock

. Performing simulations for rule amendments of existing benchmark indices

using SQL, most recent research resulted investment of $400 million

additional funds to iBoxx $ USD HY and IG reaching AUM $3.2 billion

. Worked on custom index automation engine project with global business

development team, IT and QA testing team regarding determination of

functional requirements, UAT testing of the tool and providing index

analytics calculation checks and mapping requirements; still in test as

version 1.2, version 1.1 reduced custom index production time from three

months to two weeks

. Writing SQL-VBA codes for index membership creation and capping
