It was a temporary job, for helping a simple project in a manufacturing

plant, which was a good chance for me to get familiar with American

As Manag. Consultant I was involved in consultancy for Strategic

Planing, System Management, Life Cycle Theory, Marketing

As Industrial Consultant I was involved in:

1- Consultancy for increasing the productivity of the operational

management fields in manufacturing companies, like Planning,

Production, Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance.

I w as working as the Mang . Director for about eight years in a

m anufacturing Company, manufacturer of the Automobile Parts (

n early 8 mUSD sales peryear with around 200 employees ) by

Injection Plastic Technolgy, meanwhile we were compounding

p lastics for our own usage and also ba sed on different customers

d emands for delivery of engineering plastics.

As the Mang. Director, I was responsible for the growth and profit of the

whole company in direction of the board vision, so I was involved in

recognizing their companies’ Life Cycle Period (based on Ichak Adizes

theories), with analyzing the behavior of the company, systems which were

established within, the view of management of the board, the situation of

their products in the market, their competitors, …., then involving the

whole company for recognition of the situation of the company, teaching

them how to reach the Prime Period of the company’s life cycle ( the best

period of life of a company), strategic planning for the short and medium

term, then implementation and control of the programs.

I w as working as the Plant Manager for about eight years in this

company, wh ich was the manufacturer of faucets for bathroom,

k itchen and toilet in different styles and types.( about 180 people in

p lant, and the total sale of the company was about 20 mUSD per

year)

A s the Plant Manager I was responsible for the total plant

p roductivity and cost management, making profit, in my under

control area of the company.

I w as conducting all my Operational Managers in the plant for the

b est output, and kept the spirit of Team work between all

employees.

F or reaching our goal of money making in the plant, I was using the

m anagement techniques like TOC= Theory of Constraints of

Operation Manager Ghazvin- Iran

A fter finishing a turnkey project for this company for establishing

a nd commissioning their new plant in Ghazvin ( as the Project

M anager of Maham co.), I joined Shibeh and with the policy of job

rotatio n, I fulfilled the duties of Production Mang., QC Mang.,

M aintenance Mang. and Planning & Scheduling of Production.
