corporation. The automated financial reporting allowed consistent and
repeatable financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and monthly

. Preparation and review of business cases. Recent business case was the
outsourcing and sale of fabrication activities and equipment of Pelco
Inc. to a 3rd party. Business case conclusion was to continue in-house
fabrication as the outsourced cost was a 50%-100% increase.
. Performed due diligence work for sale of Pelco partnership. Due
diligence analysis was limited to very small team due to highly
confidential nature of the sale.
. Finance representative in selection and implementation of manifest
freight system. Outcome of new system provided accurate freight costs by
activity for financial reporting and ability to provide best price and
service in transporting product to customers. New system also provided
accurate costs for accruals for unbilled freight charges.
. Prepared and reviewed monthly sales reports for executive staff,
including territory analysis, product sales, new product sales comparison
