program at IU Health in accordance with Joint Commission,

ISDH and OSHA rules and regulations. Investigate issues

related to; life safety, indoor air quality, ergonomics,

employee injuries, slips/trips/falls, and code violations

and make recommendations for remediation. Report findings

to various committees on a monthly basis. Review and

approve Life Safety systems shutdowns and Interim Life

Safety Measures in accordance with applicable codes and

regulations. Serve as chair for the Environment of Care

Safety Subcommittee.
