Electro Mechanical technician Licaps Department

Duties: In accordance with written and oral instructions performs mechanical and

electrical repairs to various licaps equipment including the bosch and Ima filling machines

and the LEMS sealing machine.

Able to draw schematics for electrical equipment and revise circuit changes from old blue

prints

Able to weld, operate the milling and lathe machines as needed

Performs monthly preventive maintenance on equipment

Print Electronic Technician

In accordance with written and oral instructions performs administrative, some

mechanical, and electrical duties.

Working from blueprints, schematics, written or oral instructions, assembling and wiring of

vision systems, print machines, HCM’s and other electrical equipment. Repair, adjust and

install various types of electronics, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.

Able to draw blueprints and revise electronic circuit changes from old blue prints.

Load programs and troubleshoot programmable controllers of various types. Example:

Seimens, Allen Bradley, and Keyence.

Maintain excellent record keeping

Assist in validation efforts for all electronics vision systems and print machines.

Order parts for department and equipment as needed, and maintain an Amex report at the

end of each quarter
