receipt of International and Domestic direct shipping documentation and recording of the
related sales and inventory transactions; review daily physical warehouse inventory
adjustments uploads from WMS system (Aims); work with Warehouse Inventory Control
personnel to resolve any significant inventory adjustments on a timely manner; monitor
and communicates with R&D all open Purchase Orders without Purchase Trade Agreement and
Miscellaneous Charges set up in Axapta; resolve issues related to purchase orders not
being received prior to payments, short shipments and other discrepancies in a timely
manner; responsible for the overall integrity of inventory value (count & cost),
inventory controls, and movement of inventory between factories and warehouses;

relative to Trade Card, LC, and Wire payments invoice posting on purchase orders; assist
with monthly and year-end close procedures and records.
