the SBU ($2.8 billion in premium). Updated

planning tools for major organizational changes

for the 1995 and 1997 planning seasons. Assisted

nine regions in compiling their financial and

strategic plans. Analyzed region plans and

budgets. Reduced initial 1998 expense budget by

$25 million.
