Full time carpenter position in a dinner theater. Shows run for two months during which time we build the
next show. Worked on White Christmas, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Stand By Your Man: The Tammy Wynette
Story, a remount of Beauty and the Beast, Miracle on 34th Street and an Independent show called Polynesian Fire.
Hope Summer Repertory Theatre Season 2005
Carpenter for Seussical the Musical, Bedroom Farce, Happy Holidaze!, The True Story of the Three Little
Pigs and the Frog Prince Continued, The Short Tree and the Bird Who Could Not Sing, The Drawer Boy, The
Spitfire Grill, and Scapin. Productions were in four venues, with the four mainstage productions performing in
repertory.
Confession June - July 2004
Production Assistant for independent film. Duties included assisting in lighting, driving vehicles, playing
small roles, security and small and large errands.
Evil Dead Live April - May 2004, revival March 2005
Assistant Technical Director for independent production based on the Evil Dead films. Also worked
backstage to create blood effects and other special effects. As a member of the original production team, assisted
in the redesign and remount of the production at community request.
The Magic Theatre January - May 2004
Scenic Intern for Dr. Faustus, Drifting Elegant, The 13 Hallucinations of Julio Rivera, and Relativity.
Also assisted in tasks such as theatre renovation and shop organization.
The Santa Fe Opera Season 2003
Assistant to the Safety Coordinator for La Belle Helene, Cosi fan Tutte, Intermezzo, Katya Kabanova, and
Madame Mao. Duties included supply management for first aid for entire company, transportation of injured
company members, maintenance of chemical information files, and assistance at special events like dinners for
crew members at technical rehearsals and changeovers.
San Francisco State University Seasons 1999-2003
Worked in a variety of positions on over 20 productions. Positions included Carpenter, Assistant
Technical Director, Master Carpenter, Assistant Master Electrician, Sound Crew and Run Crew.
St. Mary’s High School Seasons 1995-2000
While attending school, worked on a small crew responsible for maintenance of theatre and coordination
of technical elements for events including plays, musicals, pep rallies, and dance concerts. After graduation,
returned to work as a carpenter and technical advisor for plays and musicals.
