PRINCETON @ BOSTON ROAD- Billerica, MA - Project Manager -
Construction of new complex consisting of five apartment buildings
(156 units) and clubhouse with pool. Project included one building of
60 units with concrete and steel garage under parking. Contract Value
$ 18.0 million.
PRINCETON COMMONS- Chelmsford, MA - Project Manager -Construction of
new apartment complex consisting of four buildings (108 units) and
clubhouse with pool. Contract Value $ 12.0 million.
EMERALD COURT- Tewksbury, MA - Project Manager - High end condominiums
(51 units) with common areas. Concrete and steel underground parking
garage (81' x 556') with three story wood framed building above. Phase
II - 36 additional units. Contract Value-
Phase I - 8.4 million, Phase II - $ 4.9 million.
FOREST REFUGE- Barre, MA - Estimator and Project Manager -
Construction of new campus retreat for the Insight Meditation Society.
Project consisted of nine one and two story buildings. Buildings
included dining hall with commercial kitchen, 30 unit dormitory,
meditation hall, administration building, counseling center, as well
as staff housing units. Many items selected were "GREEN" materials.
Contract Value $ 5.1 million.
REDDENS GARDENS APARTMENTS- Dover, MA - Estimator and Project Manager
-Renovation of 150 unit apartment complex which included all new
windows, vinyl siding, kitchens, flooring, paint, and plumbing
fixtures. Project also included new community building and maintenance
building. Special precautions were taken due to the asbestos abatement
on this project. Contract Value $ 4.0 million.
JOHN O. MORTON BUILDING- Concord, NH - Estimator and Project Manager
-State of New Hampshire, Department of Transportation headquarters.
Renovation (97,200 square foot) including asbestos abatement, new
interior wall, new finishes, mechanical and electrical upgrades
including new chiller. Project included 15,000 square foot, three
storing steel and concrete addition. As well as infilling a 15,000
square foot courtyard with skylight structure. This project remained
occupied and in operation during the entire construction process.
Contract Value $ 7.3 million.
BEECH HILL APARTMENTS - Manchester, NH - Estimator and Project Manager
- Renovation of 320 unit townhouse/apartment complex with new
community building. Installation of all new windows, doors. vinyl
siding roofing as all new interior finishes. Extensive landscaping and
three playgrounds greatly improved the exterior grounds of the
project. Special precautions were taken due to the asbestos abatement
on this project. Contract Value $ 8.4 million.
