Point of Sale-Canadian Code Merge (POS-CCM): The purpose of this project is

to enhance the current version of Point Of Sale running in United States

and Canada. The main goal of this project is to merge US and Canadian POS

code streams. This will allow The Home Depot to integrate US enhancements

with Canadian functionality; resulting in a single code stream that

eliminates redundancy, improves the effectiveness of store support and

provides focused maintenance of the Point Of Sale system. As a QA Analyst I

have involved in testing the POS and Ecommerce applications. The

functionalities including various kind of sale transactions, return

transactions, store operations, register operations and till operations.

I worked on National City Bank's Online Banking System. National City Bank

provides investment management, retail and commercial banking, consumer

finance and investment banking products and services. The National City

Bank Online option on the web site enables the customers to access their

accounts with the bank via the Internet. All the account holders need to do

is enter their ATM Card ID and their selected password. This enables them

to check their current balances with the bank. The Customers can also pay

their Bills using the Online Banking Services provided by National City

Bank. The fundamental goal of the project was to enhance the entire Insight

product line to be more robust in the current global market segments.

The application was developed using .NET. The backend database utilized

was Oracle. The application enables the credit cards account holders to

enter 'Access ID' to access and perform financial calculations on their

various personal and institutional accounts. Customers can track charges

and payments before they receive their statements, Pay their bills, Review

past statements, Check Membership Rewards points balance.
