. Project Manager for the APD - False Alarm Project for APD - Managed

project through RFP Process and selecting a vendor and getting

approval from city council.

GIS Applications Team (IT Project Manager)

. Responsible for the overall project administration including the

Initiating, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and

Closing processes for a team of 10 resources; multiple projects for

multiple departments across the City of Austin.

analysis of the AFD Inventory System (Bravo).

Internet and Intranet Application Team

. Project Lead for Austin Police (APD) employee database migration from

OS390 to Oracle 8i data making sure that the project was completed on

time and on budget.

. Project Lead for the design and development of an Oracle 8i database

for APD Master Work Schedule application in ColdFusion MX.

. Project Lead for the creation of an employee document tracking system

for tracking required reading of APD employees.

Incorporated data from a former OS390 mainframe to current Oracle

individual utility divisions with reports and data necessary to

Projects done for both LAN Information System (LIS) and Enterprise

Customer Information System (ECIS)

. LIS Project Team lead for conversion of mainframe LIS to an outsourced

AS400 ECIS.

. Responsible for revising the existing cash remittance process and

meter upload functionality for ECIS and analyzed ECIS business needs

for reports and queries that allowed billing and customer service

users to perform daily tasks.

. Produced business and program requirements for various customer

service, billing and marketing users in multiple City of Austin

departments including Austin Energy, Water/Wastewater and Public Works

Year 2000 Conversion Project

. Shared responsibilities for Y2K compliance for 500+ billing system

programs
