Improved Inventory Control to 99% accuracy, which I was sent to the Mexico Plant to implement and
train personnel on the inventory procedures.
Implementation of Inventory Cycle Count System to the physical inventory and reduced the physical
count to once a year opposed to every six months. These procedures also reduced a two-week
shutdown to a two-day shutdown to complete the full physical count.
Through improved planning and organization, I reduced the overall departmental monthly overtime by
90%. Introduced Cross Training between the departments to further reduce the need for overtime.
