Playing pc games Project Carried a project called ???differential oil residue recovery??.

at Toyota kirloskar motor Where in there is differential oil filling equipment to fill oil to the differential of every new manufacturing car from barrels.

The filling equipment is closed loop system control by PLC unit and consists of two systems one called pumping system another called assurance system .the pumping system operates based on signals from assurance system.

The equipment effectively pumping 200 liters out off 208liters of oil and remaining 8 liter left inside barrel.

This is due to barrel empty signal from assurance system.

This 8liter is recovered for production by installing an auxiliary diaphragm pump set up by fabricating various components to minimize process time and human effect.

For implementing and for continuous extracting the oil various standardization processes has been carried.

The cost saving by this project is around 1.5 million per year and won best kaizen (improvement) award.

MULTISLOT MORTISE MACHINE??.

A Mortise is a square slot cut in the direction of depth for the purpose making a mortise and tenon joint in a soft metal and wooden piece, a mortise machine is used for cutting mortise and tenon joint which are very laborious and time consuming one.
