JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Reaching out resources from various Job-Sites like (Monster, Dice &

Self Database) with the appropriate skills as per the Job requirement

and Short-listing the

* Consultant.

* Respond to potential applicant through telephone/email enquiries.

* Maintaining the rapport with the Consultants and maintaining the data

base of the Consultants

* Effectively utilizing Internal/External resources

* Recruiting Citizens and Green Card Holders as per the client

requirement for various projects on W2, 1099, C2C and C2H, for both

Full time and Contract positions.

* Negotiate hourly rates / salaries with candidates / sub-contractors.

Conduct preliminary phone interviews and perform reference

checks/Technical checks.

* Screen and format resumes for presentation of the candidates to the

clients.

* Timely follow up with clients and vendors for Interview/feedbacks.
