Reports:

> Developed a Classical report that displays the Valuated stock of a

material in a plant and storage location. It finds the total stock for

each material and finally gives the grand stock of that material at the

end of the plant.

> Developed a two level Interactive Report for displaying Purchase Order

Information for the given purchasing organization and order type in the

basic list. Based on the selection made the corresponding history details

of the purchasing document are listed in the secondary list.

> Developed a report in ALV titled 'Display Sales Orders'. The objective of

this report is to search the application database for open sales orders.

The inputs are Sales Organization, Sold to party, Material No, Customer

purchase order No, Sales order creation date.

> Developed a classical report to display month wise sales details along

with the billing details of those sales orders based on the selection

criteria sales organization and sales order created date.

> Developed a 3 level interactive Sales Order report displaying the sales

orders at all organization levels, delivery status with shipping details

and partner function details.

Data Migration:

> Developed programs for migrating Material Master Data from legacy system

to the SAP system using BDC Session method and transaction MM01.

> Developed programs for migrating Sales Order Data from legacy system to

the SAP system using BDC Session method and transaction VA01.

> Developed a classical batch input program for transaction XD01 to

transfer the general data and company code data of customers into R/3

system.

SAP Scripts:

> Modified standard Purchase Order Layout set, adding company logo and

subroutines according to the client requirements.

> Modified standard layout set for Invoice and its print program as per the

client requirements. Made use of SAP standard report program to upload

the jpg file as Logo.

internet.
