. Analyze the root cause of Customer's complaints, rejections. Find the

proper solutions to comply with Customer's requirements and maintain Non-

Compliance Reports

. Assist and participate in NADCAP and Customer's Audits

. Provide technical support to production operators such as lay out

reference points and patterns according to blueprint or GDT

. Complete record of process flow sheet, sustain an accurate record system

and prepare report, certification of compliance

. Prepare process flow sheet according to Customer's Purchase Order and

related specifications

. Perform daily calibration checks of gauge

. Maintain and use AMOCO system software to enter Customer's information

and regulate related specification for paperwork

. Packed outgoing product and unpacked incoming materials

. Forklift driving

. Maintain compliance to health and safety standards

. Knowledge of Windows Microsoft 2000, XP,7 and Microsoft Office software

such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint

. Kept workplace clean, tidy and safe
