RE: Letter of Recommendation for James (Jim) Hill - July 16, 2013
To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for James Hill. Until just recently, I have been
James' immediate supervisor. I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with
dedication and a smile. As a Superintendent with Willmeng Construction, James was responsible for all
aspects of job site construction, beginning with layout and ending with client satisfaction. James
oversaw on-site construction including City Inspections, build-out, plan review, scheduling
subcontractors, safety programs, and field issues and change order implementation.
James was accountable for the success of the onsite construction activities and the overall progress of
each project. He provided direction to the subcontractors and the coordination of all the trades
including sequence of operating, materials, expediting, site usage and layout and general direction of
the work. With James' 30+ years of experience in the construction industry, he has the core
requirements of the Superintendent position including: supervision, management, and motivation of his
work crews. James has a proven track record of completing projects.
I would recommend James for employment. He is a team player and would be an asset to any
organization.
Sincerely,
Mike Mongelli
