PROJECT WORK

Mini project : Design and fabrication of Automatic lubricating

system.

Objective

The main objective of the project is to provide an automatic

lubricating system in the diesel engine in order to minimize the heat

produced due to friction of the moving parts and also to lubricate the

bearing parts.

Final Semester Project as Part of the B.Tech Curriculum.

Main project : Optimization of Surface roughness using

TAGUCHI's method.

Objective

Surface finish is one of the prime requirements of customers for

machined parts. The purpose of this project is focused on the analysis of

optimum cutting conditions to get lowest surface roughness in facing by

regression analysis. It presents an experimental study to investigate the

effects of cutting parameters like spindle speed, feed and depth of cut on

surface finish on EN-8 mild steel.
