Ltd. as Applications Engineer (Chemist) and prior to that has good experience within the
paints and coatings industry.

• As Application’s Engineer my role is to lead activity in the areas of formulation
development and application technology
• I am the main technical contact and thus provide technical support to internal sales
and external customers in areas of formulation development and applications
• Visiting customers and maintaining technical relationship to provide them the best
solution for their application.
• Conduct application training and seminars for new and existing products for internal
and external customers.
• Provide practical application support for the new products launches.
• Develop guide formulations using the existing products that demonstrate the product
benefits in different applications.
• Manage and maintain the production of dry sample panels to show to the customer to

• Worked as an R&D Chemist and had experience in design & lab scale manufacture of
coatings and repair composites with subsequent lab testing to verify required

• Had successfully developed & reformulated emergency waterproofing coating which
provides instant water resistance when applied.
• Also had successfully developed & reformulated sealant which is used for expansion

• I also have experience working on Dual Cure UV Clearcoat for Auto Refinish from 6-
7 months. In Car Refinish there are many areas where UV light can’t reach, thus I am
working on Dual Cure UV Clearcoat, so the film cures in shadow area as well.
• Transfer the Lab-Scale formulation to a Full-scale production batches and to rectify
the problems during production.
• Also have used a new type of manufacturing equipment for grinding the premixes.
• Have worked on Scratch Resistance Compliant 2K High Solid Clearcoat.
