The Employee information Portal is a web based Application

that keeps accurate employee data stored in an easily accessible database.

The system has the ability to update and maintain employee information and

to generate required outputs including employee attendance, Leave

Management System, paychecks, Bulletin board, reports to management etc. I

am involving in Maintaining employee information and Leave management

system.

The Purpose of Module is to maintain central repository which

keeps track of each and every employees leave history and profile. There

are two roles of users for the system. One is the manager and the other is

the employee, an employee can apply for a leave on line. A mail will be

send to the reporting manager regarding the leave request. The manager on

the other side can approve or disapprove the leave. In either case a

confirmation mail will be send to the employee as a proof. The manager can

take the aid of various leave reports of the particular employee while

making a decision.

This project mainly developed under JAVA, MYSQL, Struts Framework 1.x,

Hibernate 3.2.5.

SoftMart is computer software product especially used
