support equipment off of oilrigs, drillships and boats in support of
drilling, well intervention, and construction for major oil companies in
the Gulf of Mexico and around the globe. Maintenance of ROV cage,vehicle
and support equipment to include high and low voltage AC/DC electrical
components, hydraulic components and hoses, as well as High Definition
cameras and lighting. Fabrication of brackets to mount specific tooling to

purchasing and/or manufacturing of parts for assemblies or sub-assemblies,

planning to establish attainable repays for loans of parts from one program
to another without impacting the schedule negatively. Getting approvals
from program management and/or accounting if required, so that the loans
can then be processed. Performing transfers from one program to another in
