Global Environment Infrastructure Manager 2012- Present
• Developed, managed Microsoft System Center project to plan, design and implement the core
components of this solution on a cloud shared services within MetLife Investment ($3.5 Million).
• Managed a proof of concept to validate MSC after collaborating, evaluating and testing 7
different product/ vendors ( IBM, Microsoft, HP, Dell, Veem, CA and CSC)
• Managed a complex migration project where 89 complex applications and their derivatives were
migrated from MetLife to third party virtual cloud hosted infrastructure that included all of its SDLC
which includes initiation, development, plans, design, implementation and resource management as
well as stake holders resource assignment.( $24 Million)
• Developed a MetLife Investment technology infrastructure strategic assessment where increased
user and customer satisfaction were accomplished as well as improvement of service delivery
• Developed an optimization plan that effectively transcends organization focus on cost reduction and
leveraged the three fundamental IT values ( People, Process and Technology)
• Reviewed Infrastructure architecture to evaluate process and technology to improve business continuity

• Responsible for managing Shared Service department which provides services to all business lines in
North America. Functional areas include; Virtual Desktop Support, Release Management, Software
Delivery, Vulnerability Threat Management, and Service Desk for +180,000 desktops. All of which are
considered amongst industry leaders in terms of size, volume and service levels. Staffing of +52
employees and contractors.
• Direct responsibility for all cloud computing operational support/reengineering functions globally which
include, but are not limited to: operational efficiency, infrastructure optimization, and service level
attainment.
• Direct responsibilities for the plan, implementation and migration of over 100 MS Exchange 2005 to
2007 that included clustering and data replication on a SAN Private cloud.
• Direct responsibilities for Windows 7 migration into virtual cloud to over 25000 customers included

Global Citi Wintel Engineer and Integration 2000-2004
• Designed, implemented and managed a formal 3rd level global problem management function for
Citigroup Chief Technology Officer (CTO) that introduced improved metrics to help identify and
resolve issues, clarify problem ownership, ensure root cause analysis, and improve communication flow
amongst all concerned parties. These improvements helped the organization provide a higher level of
service by reducing trouble tickets by 15%, lowering operating costs by $10 million and improving client
satisfaction by 5%. Directly managed 12 employees and matrix managed over 50.

• Managed a team of 8 System Engineers to overseas Project wide area network
• Created and executed project work plans within all of the bank applicable application
• Planned and design the setup of the Enterprise Administrator from Mission Critical to manage all
Windows NT users, groups and resources on the Enterprise Network.

Compaq 800, 2500 and 6500 Proliant servers with S-100 SCSI controllers in SCSI subsystems.
• Setup Windows NT server on a Compaq stand-by server. Setup and trouble shoot SMS infrastructure
with over 13000 Workstation in 5 central and child site.
• Setup SMS 1.2 server to get hardware and software inventory, push various software and applications to
workstations.
• Generate trends and reports from SMS for future projected infrastructure growth. Setup Site server and
multiple IIS-Cluster servers with load balancing.
• Created web pages with MS-FrontPage 97 and Office 97 to publish Technical documentation. Planning
